Dear friends,
Paradeisos Scout Center is the jewel of our Regional unit.
In its fifty-year history, thousands of children from all over the world have lived under its pine trees, spending unrepeatable moments of joy, carefreeness and qualitive scouting program. Hundreds of adults have received, through trainings and seminars, that are constantly carried out in it, the knowledge and supplies they need to meet their tasks and obligations towards the child, the society and the Greek Scout Association.
All the acting Regional Scout leaders believed in the importance of that center for our Movement, and they really overdid themselves to implement their vision, of course, with the help of the local community in this effort (County Administration, Municipality of Rethymno, etc.). We thank them very much and give them the promise that we will make every effort to pass it on to the next generation, even better and more functional, so that it can welcome more members of our Movement with open arms, providing them, with what they need to play a qualitive Scouting game...
Its staff, capable and experienced Scout leaders, is willing to serve everyone interested, ensuring the smooth and qualitive operation and, of course, ensuring the strict implementation of the operational regulations of the Greek Scout Association.
